Already logged your first sip? You’ll now see “Add More Drinks” in your menu — a friendly reminder to keep your flavor journey going!

👤 Quick Profile Access
Your profile photo now appears across the app — tap it anytime to jump straight to your account. Smooth and personal, just how it should be.

📖 Revamped About Page
Meet the minds behind Drinkzy in our refreshed About page — featuring a cleaner design, updated bios, and a more personal story behind the app.

📅 Improved Event Date Input
When adding a drink, the Event Date field now clearly asks: “When did you enjoy this drink?”
It reflects the actual date you had the drink — not the date you logged it.

Drinkzy 2.0: — A New Era of Sipping 🌍🍹

This is our biggest update yet, packed with fresh features, smoother flows, and a more social vibe.

What's new?

• Homepage Highlight Fix

  • Fixed: The featured image on the homepage was displaying random photos, resulting in mismatches between the displayed image and the linked drink.

  • Improvement: The featured image is now bound to a single drink record. The displayed photo and click action consistently link to the correct drink, improving performance and reliability.

• Profile Stats Improvements (Fix for Highest Rated Drink)

  • Fixed: Profile stat cards were not displaying the correct favorite drink type and country.

  • Improvement: Stats now correctly calculate and display the user’s most logged drink type, favorite drink country, and highest rated drink.

  • UI Fix: The alignment of the icon and text in the favorite drink type card has been adjusted so that they display side by side.

• NEW: Showing join date on profile

• Add drinks & profile page --> shows banner for logged out users

• Added "curious to try" emoji on the comment section (user feedback)

• 🚀 Refreshed Footer: We’ve redesigned the footer to make it more clear, playful, and on-brand:

  • Replaced Product with Explore for a friendlier feel.

  • Moved Changelog to the Help section where it belongs.

  • Removed the Blog link to keep focus on the core app (still available via our socials).

  • Highlighted Add Drink as the main footer action.

  • Updated versioning to reflect the latest release dynamically.

    This new footer brings a better balance between exploration, connection, and support, while keeping the Drinkzy vibe front and center.

  • On every drink detail page, users now see “Maybe you’ll like” recommendations.

  • Shows 3 drinks with image + name + origin.

• NEW: Live Taste Feedback (score + emoji + label) on Add Drink Page

  • While moving the taste slider, you now instantly see “X/10: [label] [emoji]”. This makes scoring faster and more fun — the number immediately comes with context like “Pretty enjoyable 😋” or “Yikes! This was painful 😖”.

• NEW: Leaderboard 😄
  We’ve added a brand-new Leaderboard so you can see who’s been the most active sipper in the Drinkzy community. Track your progress, compare with others, and climb the ranks as you log more drinks!

• New! Badges 🎖️
  Start earning badges as you sip and log drinks! From your very first entry to exploring new flavors around the world, badges make your journey more fun and rewarding.

• Registration Flow Improvements

  • Easier password rule: 8 chars + 1 capital

  • Clear password guidance tip below the field

  • Instead of the generic “Login,” new users are greeted with a warm “Join Drinkzy” button🎉

• New Feature: Update Bell in the Header

  • We’ve just added a brand-new update bell to the Drinkzy navigation bar!
    From now on, you can quickly access our latest news, feature releases, and improvements straight from the top menu — no more searching for the changelog link.

How it works:

• Click the bell icon in the header to access our changelog page directly.

• We’ll keep it fresh with all the latest Drinkzy updates so you’re always in the loop.

Your drinks stay organized — and now your updates do too. 🥂

  • Now, when a user adds a drink, they can click on the drink's image to navigate to the drink's details.
